Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current state Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration.
Minimum of two years of Women's Health clinical experience.
Strong clinical knowledge of women's health conditions, preventive care, and treatment protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive women's health assessments, including gynecological exams, breast exams, Pap smears, and preventive screenings.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of women's health conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, order diagnostic testing, and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
Educate patients on preventive care, reproductive health, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
Participate in continuing education to remain current with advancements in women's healthcare.
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, and active participation in team initiatives.
