About The Position

This is an opportunity for experienced nurse practitioners to launch their own independent practices with full support from Kinstead Health. It is not a traditional job, but rather a chance to own and operate a primary care or mental health practice, build long-term patient relationships, and create a flexible schedule. Kinstead Health handles administrative tasks such as insurance credentialing, billing, EHR setup, virtual front desk services, scheduling, legal and compliance, and marketing support.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
