About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking a family medicine-trained Advanced Practice Provider to join its outpatient Family Medicine Care, Scatterfield location at 3125 S. Scatterfield Road, Suite 300, Anderson, Indiana. The role is part of a provider-led, multi-specialty healthcare system based in central Indiana. The position offers access to a single, robust electronic medical record system, EPIC, as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package. Requirements
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or hold current national certification, and maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing, and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis.
- Family medicine training.
