About The Position

Esse Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Hazelwood Florissant Internal Medicine office. This is an outpatient-focused clinical practice opportunity within the largest independent physician practice in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, developing a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff, and collaborating with a physician partner. The practice emphasizes preventive care, wellness, and patient education, with accurate documentation in the electronic health record (NextGen).

Requirements

Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
