About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Knoxville, TN location. Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee.
• DEA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Target weekly hours: 32
• Work 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals.
• Perform injections.
