About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Knoxville, TN location. This outpatient, office-based approach is the gold standard in care, proven to reduce overdose deaths and promote long-term recovery. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
DEA licensure in the state of the center.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Perform injections.
