About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Regional Provider to deliver quality healthcare at HealthHub locations in San Diego, California, and surrounding areas. This clinic-based role focuses on high-quality in-person patient care. Virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is low and they do not delay or interfere with in-person care. The schedule is weekday evenings, either 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. The stated San Diego pay range is $70.50–$81.50 per hour, based on experience; the broader job-grade pay range is $46.03–$99.14 per hour. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. MinuteClinic providers deliver affordable, accessible, comprehensive care with clinical support, collaborative resources, and an emphasis on practicing to the top of their license. The organization holds the ANCC Pathway to Excellence designation. Providers manage their practice with organizational support, evidence-based guidelines, clinical tools, and opportunities for professional development. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The role delivers evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Providers conduct diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, injury and illness treatment, care coordination, wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings. Clinic operations include inventory management, opening and closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.
