About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner is a clinic-based role providing high-quality, in-person primary and family care across MinuteClinic locations in South Riding, Greenbriar, Sterling, and Leesburg. Virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care does not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers practice with clinical and organizational support, evidence-based guidelines, and collaborative resources. This position may be casual part-time, requiring at least four shifts per six-week period, or regular part-time, requiring 20–29 hours per week. Clinic operations include inventory management, opening and closing the clinic, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. The position requires physical presence at assigned clinics and may require bilingual proficiency depending on market needs.
