Nurse Practitioner

Marathon Health•Clermont, FL

About The Position

Marathon Health is an advanced primary care provider that partners with employers and union plan sponsors. Its care model includes nationwide onsite, nearsite, and network health centers, as well as virtual primary care. The company emphasizes relationship-based medicine, prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and health education. Providers work autonomously and practice at the top of their license, with smaller patient panels, appointments lasting 20 to 60 minutes, and fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks. Success is measured by health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing. Providers have access to resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD at no charge to providers or patients. Marathon Health offers non-production-based compensation, comprehensive benefits, coverage for CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice, and regular provider meetings such as journal clubs and grand rounds to support learning and collaboration. The organization describes its culture as inclusive and high-trust, guided by Patients First, Courage, Ingenuity, Community, and Fun.
