About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages with patience, care, compassion, and understanding. Tasks within the scope of practice may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians, enhancing public awareness about the importance of health, and prescribing medications. The position is with Saint Michael's Medical Center's Infectious Diseases Clinic.
Requirements
- MSN with specialization as an ARNP.
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- BLS certification upon hire and maintain current certification.
- Previous experience with an electronic health record.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
