We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of the RN staff. You will supervise the clinical teams at University Hospital and the Eastpark Medical Center. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes. Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- RN licensed in the state where employed
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
- 2 years of RN experience
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience
- Applicable clinical certification
