The Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Pediatric Cancer Survivorship program will function in an advanced nursing role, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and expert skill to formulate clinical decisions and provide management and surveillance for late effects of childhood cancer. They will provide outpatient care for patients with a history of childhood cancer, including brain tumors, solid tumors, and leukemia/lymphoma. Other responsibilities will include academic and leadership activities, including delivering, coordinating, and participating in research, education and professional development activities.
