About The Position

Greater Good Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide care to older adult Medicare patients, particularly patients receiving dialysis, in the Greater Los Angeles area. The organization uses a senior-focused, outcomes-oriented care model that emphasizes quality, patient well-being, and access to comprehensive healthcare.
