About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Conway, South Carolina. The clinic blends injury care, functional medicine, and aesthetic services, and is building a modern, innovative, patient-centered practice. The provider will deliver individualized care and may practice in functional, holistic, and regenerative medicine. The role is full time with a four-day schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Compensation is $60 or more per hour (approximately $125,000 annually), plus performance bonuses and profit sharing.

Requirements

Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
Knowledge of or interest in functional/holistic medicine and regenerative medicine.
Experience with joint and trigger point injections, preferably ultrasound-guided, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient exams and consultations for orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns, including taking histories, performing physical exams, and reviewing relevant medical records, imaging, and reports.
Evaluate clinical data.
Order and review appropriate tests, imaging, and records.
Diagnose conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, lifestyle optimization, and preventive care.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
Prescribe therapies, including injections and infusions.
Provide joint and trigger point injections, vitamin infusions, and regenerative medicine treatments.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain inventory of needed supplies.
