About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a full-time rotating Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, compassionate, and innovative care in its renowned Obstetric service at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. The role supports postpartum, high-risk antepartum, labor and delivery, and triage care. The Nurse Practitioner works as an integral member of the OB team, communicates effectively with patients and colleagues, and assists with labor emergencies and cesarean sections. The position includes rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays and requires on-site presence.
Requirements
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- New York State license.
- Master’s degree.
- BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications by the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- At least 3 years of advanced practice experience in acute care Obstetrics as a Nurse Practitioner.
- 5 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification.
