Our well-established private practice in Southern New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our exceptional team. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced clinician who thrives on solving complex health concerns and building lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate will bring clinical experience in women's health (WHNP certification required), a passion for menopause care, preventative health, and patient education, excellent clinical judgment and communication skills, and a desire to work collaboratively with a seasoned team of providers. Requirements
- WHNP certification required
- Clinical experience in women's health
- Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan
- Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions
- Provide care and guidance for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, including hormone therapy
- Collaborate with patients to develop individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate
- Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives
- Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity
- Educate patients on topics such as reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record system
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
- Stay current on best practices in women's health and continuing education requirements
