About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology for a Locum Tenens position in Richland, WA. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, with clinical duties and on-call responsibilities. The coverage period is from November 1, 2026, ongoing, with a standard Monday-Friday shift schedule. The NP will provide comprehensive outpatient urology care, first assist in surgical procedures, and participate in call coverage, including nights and weekends. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system and has a dedicated support staff. Hospital privileges are required, and temporary privileges are not available.

Requirements

• Board Certified (BC)
• Universal License (IMLC)
• DEA required
• BLS certification
• Outpatient urology experience required
• Surgical first assisting experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care to patients.
• First assist in urological surgical procedures.
• Participate in call coverage including overnight and weekend hours.
• Manage patient flow and clinic schedules.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care.
