Ellis Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join Ellis Primary Care at Nott Street in Schenectady, New York. Requirements

• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• DEA registration required
• Board Certification required
• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered primary care and preventive medicine

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including: Preventive care and wellness visits, Pediatric and adolescent medicine, Adult and geriatric care, Annual physical examinations, Management of acute illnesses and injuries, Chronic disease management, Immunizations and preventive screenings, Health promotion and lifestyle counseling.
