Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate
About The Position
AgeRight Clinical Services is seeking a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for a part-time role serving the Eugene, Oregon area. The organization provides comprehensive medical care to seniors in post-acute care, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care settings. The clinician will work independently while collaborating with healthcare professionals, facility nursing staff, and other care team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The role offers opportunities to build meaningful relationships with patients, exercise clinical expertise, and provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors. The schedule is generally on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with no evening, weekend, holiday, or after-hours on-call requirements. Requirements
- Be a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
- Hold a current, unrestricted Oregon state license or be able to obtain one.
