About The Position

Emerald Coast Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment in Destin & Inlet Beach, FL. This role offers autonomy, fast-paced decision-making, and meaningful patient care. The position can be full-time, part-time, or PRN. As a solo provider, you will take full ownership of patient care, reviewing histories, assessing symptoms, making diagnoses, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with the clinical team. The fast-paced and varied nature of urgent care keeps the role engaging and allows for continuous skill development and knowledge growth.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure
• ER experience required
• Strong understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check
