About The Position
This role involves promoting a professional patient-centered practice image while performing history, physical examinations, diagnoses, and therapeutic treatment regimens as required. The position also includes interpreting lab results under the supervision and direction of a practicing physician and utilizing a team-based approach to all tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current NC license
- ACLS and PALS or BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within three months of employment date
- Proficiency in basic job aspects within three months of employment date
Nice To Haves
- Family or Specialty Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Two or more years of experience in practice area
