About The Position
Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team and redefine whole-person care in their San Gabriel Valley clinic. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care and women's health services, while also actively contributing to the evolution of Tia's care model. The position offers protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, along with AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden. The clinic is described as beautifully designed and located in a prime area. This role also offers a quarterly bonus and equity, which is not typical for clinical positions, and the opportunity to shape a new model for women's healthcare.
Requirements
- NP or PA credential.
- National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
- Active CA License and DEA.
- 2+ years in outpatient primary care with exposure to Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
- Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
