About The Position

AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. ACS focuses on meeting the medical needs of Post-Acute patients and Long-Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. As a Clinician with ACS, you will work collaboratively with Physicians, other Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates, facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers to deliver compassionate, holistic care. This role is ideal for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who enjoys autonomy, wants to build relationships with patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives within a facility-based setting.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain.
Experience in long-term care is encouraged for New Grads.

Nice To Haves
