About The Position

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare — one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Silver Lake clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.

Requirements

  • NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
  • 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health , and inclusive, patient-centered care.
  • Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health. Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

  • Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
  • Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
