About The Position

Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Silver Lake clinic and redefine whole-person care. As a foundational member of the team, the role involves providing primary care and women's health services while actively contributing to the evolution of Tia's care model to better serve women. The position offers protected time for documentation, care coordination, and collaboration, along with AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden. Tia provides beautifully designed clinics in prime locations, quarterly bonuses, and equity. This is an opportunity to build and shape a new model for women's healthcare.

Requirements

NP or PA credential.
National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
Active CA License and DEA.
2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Data-driven and adaptable.
Comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
