Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active California license in good standing
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations focused on men’s health optimization
• Review laboratory results and medical history
• Develop and prescribe personalized treatment plans
• Manage testosterone therapy protocols
• Oversee erectile dysfunction and regenerative therapy programs
• Perform injections and PRP procedures when appropriate
• Support patient education and shared treatment decision-making
• Overseeing medical staff
• Supporting day-to-day clinic workflow
• Maintaining high standards of patient experience
• Collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical protocols
