As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. This role is primarily on-site in Waupaca covering providers while they're on PTO or completing CEUs. There will also be minimal coverage in Marinette. Mileage reimbursement is provided based on state requirements and if travel to a site assignment requires overnight stay, hotel and car rental are provided. Schedules are thoughtfully planned to reduce excessive travel and avoid regular back-and-forth between Waupaca and Marinette. Clinic locations and hours for each site are below. Waupaca Foundry: N2610 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981 Mon-Thurs: 7am-6pm & Friday: 7am-3pm Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143 Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri: 7am-5pm

Requirements

  • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
  • CPR certified
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing services in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency or urgent care setting
  • Experience with all ages including children and adolescents

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine setting
