Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Willingness to collaborate with and support the clinical team
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred, but not required.
- Urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory testing as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatments according to current standards of care
- Perform common office and urgent care procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Follow established infection control and safety procedures
- Provide a positive, professional patient experience
- Support and provide guidance to clinical team members when needed
