About The Position

This is a well-balanced role for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys working across both clinic and inpatient environments within pain management, spine, or neurosurgical care. You’ll be part of a focused, specialty-driven team managing patients with complex spinal and pain-related conditions, contributing to both continuity of care and procedural pathways. Your day may include evaluating patients in clinic, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and supporting perioperative or post-acute care in the inpatient setting. You’ll work closely with physicians and other providers, helping guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The pace is steady but manageable, supported by a structured schedule and no call responsibilities. This role offers a strong mix of autonomy and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your clinical judgment, build patient relationships, and stay engaged in a specialty area that blends medical management with procedural and surgical exposure. This role stands out due to its true work-life balance with a 4-day work week and no call, exposure to pain, spine, and neurosurgical patient populations, a blend of inpatient and outpatient care for variety and continuity, a collaborative team environment with specialty-focused providers, opportunity to deepen expertise in a high-demand, procedure-adjacent field, and a structured schedule with predictable hours.
