We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient family medicine practice in Prescott, Arizona. With a streamlined workflow, dedicated scribe support, and a reasonable daily schedule, you'll have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, personalized care while building lasting relationships with your patients.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
  • NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical guidelines
  • Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
  • Educate patients on preventive care, chronic disease management, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record with support from dedicated medical scribes
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care while maintaining an average daily volume of approximately 10–15 patients
