About The Position

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence. Requirements

  • Current Florida License required as NP for Women’s health, or current Florida PA license
  • 2+ years’ experience as NP/PA in Women’s Health
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Capable and experienced with relevant procedures including but not limited to vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, medication administration by IV, IM, assisting with colposcopies and endometrial biopsies
  • Compassionate Women’s Health NP/PA who enjoys close relationships with families and demonstrates exceptional communication skills in person, by phone and electronic messages.
  • Team player who will thrive in a collaborative environment including administrative support, pharmacy, nutrition, coaching and other providers.
  • Fluency with primary care guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Evaluate patient needs, contribute to differential diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Provide primary and specialty care services, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic results, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver education on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modification.
  • Encourage preventive care strategies including immunizations, screenings, and long-term wellness planning.
  • Function as integral members of the interdisciplinary care team, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Facilitate communication among healthcare providers, assist in referrals, and support continuity of care across clinical settings.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Actively pursue ongoing education and professional growth, engaging in workshops, conferences, and advanced training.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality gynecologic care through routine exams, including pelvic and breast assessments.
  • Evaluate and help manage a range of women’s health issues across the lifespan.
  • Provide comprehensive family planning services, including contraceptive counseling, fertility guidance, and reproductive health education.
  • Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions.
  • Contribute to preventive care initiatives by offering screenings, education, and counseling related to hormonal balance, sexual health, and overall wellness.
