About The Position
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient Palliative Care Team at Morristown Medical Center. This role offers an opportunity to develop advanced palliative care skills in collaboration with a supportive team. The Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive health histories, physical assessments, and incorporate holistic aspects of patient care for those with serious illnesses. Responsibilities include accurate and timely documentation and planning for the continuum of care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and symptom management skills and provide services primarily in the inpatient setting, coordinating with primary care providers and specialists.
