Requirements

Complete an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant program and hold national certification.
Within the past five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+); or have at least one year in such a primary care setting plus either a one-year primary care fellowship or at least one year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
Hold an Oregon state license by the One Medical start date.

Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in the office or testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
