About The Position

Marathon Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced primary care in Las Vegas, Nevada. Providers practice relationship-based medicine and offer comprehensive care, including prevention, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education. The role emphasizes smaller patient panels, appointments lasting 20 to 60 minutes, and a focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing. Providers work autonomously and have access to resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD at no charge to providers or patients. Marathon Health offers non-production-based compensation, regular provider meetings such as journal clubs and grand rounds, and comprehensive benefits. The company also provides CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage. Competitive health benefits begin on the first day of the month after the start date. The listed pay range is $130,000–$160,000 per year. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and skill level.
