About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Primary Care team who is clinically excellent and shares our commitment to advancing health equity and social justice through care, research, and education. This role involves delivering patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, championing equity, and participating in quality improvement initiatives within an integrated care model that includes HIV services, behavioral health, and gender-affirming care.

Requirements

  • A certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care in a fast-paced, community health setting.
  • Passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC patients, and other marginalized groups.
  • Eager to be part of a progressive organization that blends clinical care with advocacy, research, and education.
  • Strong commitment to team-based care and an ability to thrive in a mission- and values-driven environment.
  • Graduate degree from a certified Family or Adult NP or PA program
  • Current Massachusetts license
  • Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. Nice To Haves

  • At least two years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in community health, public health, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators.
  • Champion equity by providing care that respects and affirms the identities, lived experiences, and challenges of each patient.
  • Participate in clinical quality improvement and contribute to our integrated model of care, which includes HIV services, behavioral health, and gender-affirming care.
