Life Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing healthcare team. This position is particularly suited for a provider who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment serving individuals with severe substance use disorder (SUD), opioid use disorder, co-occurring behavioral health conditions, and complex medical needs. Our patient population often requires timely clinical intervention, medication management, close follow-up, and coordinated care. Providers must be comfortable making sound clinical decisions efficiently while maintaining appropriate documentation, patient safety, professional boundaries, and compassionate care. The position may be performed in person, virtually through telehealth, or through a hybrid arrangement. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Life Health Care is committed to reducing unnecessary barriers to treatment and providing care when patients are ready to engage. Successful candidates should understand that individuals experiencing severe substance use disorder may have rapidly changing medical, behavioral, social, and recovery needs. Providers must be adaptable, responsive, and capable of maintaining high-quality care in an environment where treatment decisions and access to care may be time-sensitive.
