Nurse Practitioner applicants must be master’s-prepared graduates of accredited nursing and NP programs, hold current Arizona RN and APRN licenses, and have FNP or AGPCNP certification. Physician Assistant applicants must graduate from an accredited PA program, hold current NCCPA certification, and be registered as a PA by the Arizona State Board of Medical Practice. Active BLS certification and DEA registration are required by the start date; ACLS certification may be obtained within six months after hire.
