About The Position

Matrix Medical Network is hiring a full-time state-traveling Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct in-home and facility-based comprehensive health assessments. The role requires extensive travel across an assigned state and potentially neighboring states, including overnight and weekend travel. Matrix offers a base salary, an incentive opportunity, benefits, onboarding and preceptor support, continuing education resources, and potential support for additional state licensure and credentialing.
