About The Position
UPMC Wellsboro is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their emergency medicine team. This role is based in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, at a 16-bed emergency department that sees approximately 12,000 patients annually. The department offers 24 hours of physician coverage and 8 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage daily. Clinicians should possess prior experience in emergency medicine or urgent care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or urgent care.
- Must be a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a 16-bed emergency department.
- Work alongside physicians and other advanced practice clinicians.
- Offer individualized patient care.
