About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group seeks a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Family Medicine in San Jose, California. The clinician will collaborate with an on-site team of primary care clinicians and medical specialists. Requirements
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least 6 months of related primary care experience as an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA).
- Current California State NP or PA license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number for Nurse Practitioners.
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification for Physician Assistants.
- Active DEA registration.
