About The Position
CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Weight Management Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas: Family Practice, Weight Management, Chronic Disease Management
