Gould Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Modesto, California. The role is part of a supportive, collaborative APC and physician team that values practice at the top of licensure. Support staff include receptionists and certified medical assistants. The group is stable and growing, and the electronic health record is Epic. The starting base salary range is $165,000–$180,000. The position includes an annual CME/business expense allowance, a competitive total compensation package, and an individual performance bonus. Eligible employees may receive an employer-funded 401(k) contribution equal to 12% of annual salary, subject to IRS limits, with no matching or mandatory employee contribution. Relocation assistance and group-paid malpractice and tail coverage are also offered.
