Our work intersects with nearly every major hospital specialty, including Cardiology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Surgery, Nutrition, Wound Care, and Rehabilitation. Providers work closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, pharmacy, dietitians, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated inpatient care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• NP certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP, or PA-C certification
• EMR proficiency required
• Recent Inpatient experience required
• Minimum one-year commitment required

• Strong new graduates with inpatient clinical training are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations
• Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med-Surg and Step-Down units
• Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence-based protocols
• Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams
• Document directly within the hospital EMR
• Practice within a highly collaborative inpatient consultative model
