About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Endocrinology team. If you’re passionate about metabolic health and patient-centered care, we want to hear from you. This role is within an outpatient ambulatory clinic focused on Diabetes, Thyroid, Osteoporosis, & Metabolic Disorders, where you will work alongside expert Endocrinologists, Dietitians, and Pharmacists.
Requirements
- Active APP License (NP or PA).
- Minimum of two years as an Advanced Practitioner.
- Ability to meet FTE bookable hour requirements.
- Passion for patient education and long-term disease management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for complex endocrine cases.
- Develop treatment plans, optimize medications, and lead lifestyle modification education.
- Participate in quality improvement and care pathway development.
