About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services located Franciscan Physician Network Northside Family & Internal Medicine Crawfordsville in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience treating all ages, a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree - Required
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required
