About The Position

FPN Southside Family Practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services. The ideal candidate will have experience treating all ages, a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages
• Work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
• Provide telehealth services
