Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience
- Must have National Certification
- Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
- Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt within 30 days of hire).
Nice To Haves
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
