About The Position

360care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide cerumen removal care to residents at senior care communities. Providers make all clinical decisions and focus on delivering quality patient care in treatment rooms located within the facilities. 360care supplies the equipment, documentation laptop, scheduling, billing, office and care coordination support, and field mentorship. A Collaborative Physician is provided for Nurse Practitioners.

Requirements

• Be a Nurse Practitioner in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cerumen removal care to patients at senior care communities.
• Make clinical decisions and focus on patient care.
• Document visits using the provided laptop.
