Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Weight Loss Bariatrician
About The Position
MultiCare Center for Weight Loss and Wellness is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in an outpatient practice. Participation in call coverage responsibilities may be assigned. The Practice is dedicated to providing professional medical care as it relates to weight loss including but not limited to consultations, evaluation, and follow-up care; to patients at all locations listed within the applicable Practice Plan. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Center for Weight Loss and Wellness program and within the broader community across Puget Sound.
Requirements
- WA state Nurse Practitioner license required
- WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
- BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA required
- Obtain certificate in Obesity Medicine within 2 years of employment
Nice To Haves
- Obesity Medicine certification or experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan
- Outpatient consults, evaluations and follow up care
