This role involves both clinical and hospitalist support, patient education, and administrative duties. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Digestive Health practice.

Requirements

  • WA State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license
  • WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
  • BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA required

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in GI setting
  • Digestive Health Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, endoscopies)
  • Prescribe medications
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
